Built in '07, the home is the top unit of a 2-unit duplex and very private with top level furnished patio with fire table and views of the water. You can paddleboard or kayak right from the neighboring canal or take a short walk to one of the best beaches in Newport, particularly good for surfing and spectating. You can also walk or ride a bike to nearby Huntington Beach. Bike and surfboard rental stores are in the neighborhood.
