Your holiday house consists of 3 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 100 sqm and can accommodate up to 5 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the kitchen. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen as intersecting room and with dinette, TV, gas stove (2 burners), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Separate toilet with 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, window and washing machine.
2nd floor: Bedroom with 1 single bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and Ventilator.
Top floor: Living room / bedroom as intersecting room and with 1 additional bed. You have access to the terrace.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, baby bed, electric iron and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per antenna.

Novi Vinodolski. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking in a public car park in the town (distance 100 m).
