Posizione eccellente. Appartamento molto grande. In generale buona struttura, 3 climatizzatori e bagni nuovi. Si soffre la mancanza di un parcheggio privato vicino a casa ma in compenso viene fornito un abbonamento ai parcheggi comunali che permette di parcheggiare anche in spiaggia e in tutto il comune. È comunque possibile dimenticarsi dell'auto per tutta la vacanza perché si è praticamente nella piazza principale di Novi.
Dopo aver soggiornato in altri 3 appartamenti nella stessa zona questo era quello meno attrezzato e abbiamo dovuto acquistare alcune cose al supermercato per soggiornare. Le tovaglie di plastica sui tavoli danno senso di bassa qualità. I materassi sono abbastanza datati e molto rumorosi quando ci si muove nel letto. I bagni se pur nuovissimi non hanno niente per appendere asciugamani e oggetti personali.
