About this house rental
Get away from the Coronavius and bring the family to nature! This beautifully restored 1876 home with new in-ground heated fiberglass, salt water pool and custom built, gas fire pit lounge area, sits high on the hill in town, on a private road, two blocks from the ocean and town with water views.
The home has stained glass windows, a working fireplace, 5 lovely bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, (master bath has "jetted"claw-foot tub), newly renovated kitchen with granite counter tops, formal dinning room, giant family room with big screen tv, state of the art sound system, pool table, and super fast wireless internet.
Please note that there is a separated, privately accessed second floor rental apartment that may be available for an additional charge. It is separated from the house behind the garage. Guests that book the apartment may not use the the pool and do not have have access to it. The pool is a saltwater, fiberglass heated pool and installed in October 2017. The gas fire pit has granite top, was custom built, and promises to keep you warm even on cool Maine nights. Comfy couches and chairs surround the fire encouraging conversation, perfect for a family reunion.
Enjoy peace and quiet and still be in this lovely town. Walking distance to dining and entertainment. This maybe the nicest home for rent in the historic part of Lubec

From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Geno, we felt right at home. We had brought our family to Lubec to celebrate our sons wedding at West Quaddy Lighthouse. Genos home is large and beautifully kept. Having an outdoor area with a pool was such a bonus as we had 5 grandchildren with us. The master bedroom and bath is a retreat in itself. We would highly recommend this home and look forward to another vacation there in the future.
