Enjoy a spacious comfortable multilevel home with a few minute walk to the quaint historic Larkspur town center. Ideally located at the entrance of the Madrone Canyon. Perched in the privacy of the redwoods and bays, the air is fresh, the sun is beautiful and there is ample room for family and friends. Steps from Dolliver Park, Equator Coffee, ProPilates and fine dining at the Left Bank, Perry's and Picco. Walk to Lark Theater, shops, galleries, etc., etc.
Short 15-20 minute drive delivers you to the Golden Gate Bridge of San Francisco. The ferry at Larkspur Landing (5 min drive) is also a fantastic way to visit the city.
The Walnut House comfortably sleeps 6, offering ample living room, office, separate dining room, fenced in yard, parking, wifi. Fully loaded and ready for you to show up with your suitcase.

*Check in is 4:00 PM or after, unless other arrangements are made with the owner.
*The owner has a small separate unit on the property which is used from time to time between travel. There is no disturbance to the main house activities. Separate entry, etc. If you do see him or his son passing by, say 'Hi'. He's friendly.

We've enjoyed our stay in this spacious and charming house very much.
The gas grill, outdoor seating, big dining room table and lots of comfortable chairs and couches make it an ideal spot for spending time with extended family and friends.
The kitchen was well stocked and provided everything we needed for making home-cooked meals.
The living room or "sun room" is looking out into the surrounding trees and letting lots of natural light in. It quickly became one of our favorite spots in the house. Our three young kids spent most of their play time here or in the sandbox outside.
A reading corner in two of the bedrooms and a two desks provided a space for both relaxing and getting some work done.
Another great aspect of the Walnut House is its proximity to the town of Larkspur. Pretty much everything (restaurants, cafes, playgrounds etc.) is in walking distances.

Our stay at the Walnut House was lovely. We received a very nice welcome from the owner. We felt right at home. It was perfect for our family of 5. The house was equipped with all that we needed and it was close to San Fran and all the other tourist spots.

What a beautiful place to stay! We loved Anton's Relax in the Trees place in Larkspur. It's clean, private and has gorgeous natural light. It is so close to downtown Larkspur which is such a charming town with so many great restaurants to choose from. There are gorgeous hikes just steps from the door and nearly every day we saw deer, often with their young babies, a very friendly and colorful wild turkey and lots of other local wildlife. Anton and Terra were so warm and available for anything we needed during our stay. It's a perfect spot and is an easy drive into San Francisco or up to Napa Valley for wine tasting. Highly, highly recommended!
