This wood paneled home has a Japanese-style peaked roof, windows and doors to the creek and marsh outside, a large view deck, 1 bedroom and bathroom with double shower, and is only two blocks to Larkspur’s famous restaurants, shops, theater, grocery store and gas station. Living, dining, kitchen have tv, fireplace, Thermador professional range. This is a home; everything you need is here. 7 miles from Golden Gate Bridge and San Francisco. An hour north to wine country. Ocean beaches 20 minutes.

Beautiful house on tidal inlet off Corte Madera Creek. Lots of geese, ducks and egrets in the salt-water marsh along the boardwalk. Host was enormously welcoming and helpful, and answered questions promptly. House was amply furnished. Modern bathroom. The kitchen had every utensil and equipment we needed. There were even toys available for visiting grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed our five-month stay.

Beautiful wood structure with a fabulous well tooled kitchen. Comfy bed and couches to curl up and read or nap. Short walk to restaurants, shops, movie theater or shops. Close to Muir Woods and Mt. Tam for hiking. It is the ultimate home stay!

We had a lovely stay at this very unique and beautiful property.
It was very serene and fun to be on the waterway with the tides rising and falling. The pathway to the house is about 5-6 minutes to walk and was easier than I thought. Very modern kitchen with everything you need for cooking. Great bathroom. And there’s a wagon to load your luggage and roll it with you to the house.
Be advised that there are only light window coverings in the bedroom one side so if you like to wake up with the sun you’ll be happy.

This home is wonderful. It is cozy, beautifully decorated, views overlooking the ever changing tidal creek, filled with water foul and sunrises over the marsh are fabulous. Walking distance to grocery store and quaint downtown make it a great location. Mary is a wonderful host. Thoughtful in many ways. Always making sure you are comfortable and have what you need. Bathroom and Kitchen are updated and well appointed (and I like to cook). There are 2 outdoor spaces to enjoy a quiet moment in the sun. I hated to leave.
