Architecturally interesting and modern equipped vacation home. It is very quietly situated on a large, fenced nature plot in a forest and field rich environment. The elegantly furnished house has a two-sided fireplace that invites you to stay and two wardrobes. This house is well insulated and suitable for a vacation all year round. The chic kitchen is open to the spacious living room. All the furniture is harmoniously matched and creates a special ambience. In the cottage you can admire many original paintings by Polish artists from the 60s and 70s. There is underfloor heating in the modernly furnished bathroom. The huge property is well maintained and offers plenty of space for outdoor activities and in the surrounding area there is possibility of water sports or cycling. The garden is surrounded by beautiful trees. In the town hall you will find the tourist information and an ATM. Distance to the center of Nowe Warpno with church of XIV years and town hall of XVII years old is 3 KM. There along lake runs beautiful promenade with town beach and lookout point. Riding school is located 12 km further.
