Welcome to Colonial Country Club in Fort Myers, Florida. Our immaculate 18-hole championship golf course, designed by Gordon Lewis, attracts golfers of many skill levels with its 5 sets of tees. Skilled golfers love the challenge of tight fairways and the course's length, allowing play up to 7,385 yards. Additional golf features include a pro shop, driving range and a putting green. Our tennis program includes eight Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickle ball courts, and two bocce courts and our full-service tennis pro shop. For your enjoyment, we also offer a resort-quality swimming pool and jacuzzi, a large deck area for sunning and lounging, a poolside snack bar, and an indoor fitness and community center with state-of-the-art equipment, aerobics room, private massage rooms, meeting room, book exchange library and business center. Each neighborhood has their own community pool, situated within walking distance of member home sites. The preserve boardwalk and path are an ideal area to walk, jog or view wildlife.
Colonial Country Club features a full service clubhouse that is approximately 18,000 sq. ft. Our Clubhouse just completed a 6.5 million dollar renovation in February of 2021.
Highlights of the renovation include:
-A refresh of the external and internal appearance of the 16 year-old facility
-Addition of 1,800 square feet of internal dining space, creating additional capacity
-1,500 square feet of external dining space was added and provides beautiful southern exposure views of the golf course, 18th green and water.
-The new design gives the feeling of bringing the outside in
-The new Sunset Grille bar opens to the Ballroom
-New indoor/outdoor bar and dining areas were created with the addition of Nana Walls to provide flexibility to dine al fresco or indoors
The Community Center is approximately 10,000 sq. ft. and fitted with state of the art exercise equipment, an aerobics room, a library, a crafts room, a meeting room, a book exchange library, a business center and private massage rooms. For your enjoyment, we also offer a resort swimming pool and Jacuzzi, a large deck area for sunning and lounging, and a poolside Snack Bar.

No other condo rental at Colonial Country Club can match the beauty, location, comfort and cleanliness of our unit. Top of the line, deep wood tone furnishings throughout separate this unit from the rest. Dark kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanities add to the warmth of this home. Soothing tropical colors have transformed the all too common white condo into your own person sanctuary. Many units lack this simple element, which adds to the comfort and hominess of this over-sized unit. The unit is impeccably kept.
This one of a kind sought after location with southern exposure keeps this condo bright, airy and comfortable. Out front and to the side is a spectacular view of the third hole, separated from the house by a gorgeous large wrap around lake stocked with bass. Beyond that is the fourth hole. Incredible sunsets greet you every evening. Out back, a triple sliding glass door reveals a fully furnished quiet and peaceful tiled corner lanai with stunning and beautiful lake and preserve views. This is the ideal resting place after a long day in the Southwest Florida sun. The preserve separates our second floor lanai from a distant walking path, unlike many other units which are situated too close to the path. This was the last unit built at Colonial as it sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. This is the largest of the condos offered in this community. It is the Orchid model, featuring 1558 square feet of spacious indoor living space. The square footage does not include a 10 x 14 tiled corner screened in lanai, nor the front entry area. This second floor end unit has 2 very large and comfortable bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a home office/den and vaulted ceilings throughout. It is by far the most open layout of all of the condos offered in this wonderful community. Social membership in transferred to you. Golf is available on a pay as you go basis. $75 before 1 PM, $65 after.

The master bedroom has a king bed, two night stands and a large dresser with mirror. The master bath is attached with his and hers sinks, a large stall shower with a new frameless enclosure, a private water closet and a large walk in master closet.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, a closet, two night stands, a large dresser and mirror and a television.
Both beds are super comfortable. The king has a memory foam mattress while the queen has a pillowtop inner spring mattress.
French doors open into the home office which has a large wood desk, wireless router, desk chair and a chase chair for reading.
Ceiling fans are present in each bedroom, the office, the living room and the lanai, for your comfort. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with all kitchen supplies. Brand new stainless steel GE Profile appliances, including a very large washer and dryer. Two flat screen televisions are available for your viewing enjoyment, should you and your spouse prefer to watch your own favorite television shows.
If you are going away for a month or more, its worth paying a little extra to get the absolute best in quality and comfort from your vacation home !!! Like I said, their is no other comparison at Colonial Country Club as this is our second home with stunning views. Come be our next guest.

We stayed in this condo for the month of March, 2015 and 2016. The location is wonderful; end unit with direct access to the beautiful preserve walking trails. The lanai offers a lovely view of the pond and the 3rd green. The neighborhood pools were within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay very much. With the exception of a few repairs that need to be addressed by the owner, the unit was comfortable. The owner responds quickly to emails in the event there is an issue.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very relaxing, nothing additional needed in the condo, good location, great amenities, e.g. nature trail, fishing, work-out facility, a nice warm pool and hot tub close to the condo. The condo was clean, cheery and the lanai has a beautiful view of the preserve and pond. After a month it felt like home. I highly recommend.
