Big cottage for families and groups, dogs welcome, ideal to go walking

Beautiful surroundings ,lovely local people and the house itself was like something out of a movie. The pictures dont do it justice, it is absolutely beautiful and the scenery is literally breath taking. When we arrived we had to take a good moment to take in the house and scenery as we did not expect it to be this beautiful ,all modern facilities and the house is original and genuine and is by far the best place w ehave ever stayed at. The local area offers everything you need from shops,bakers,take aways,lake and park,castles,outdoor swimming pools and it is only a 25 minute drive into detmold too where i was born and my family lives,it really was just perfect for us. The hosts are very welcoming and make sure your stay is comfortable and and information need was instantly catered for. We will be booking the hpuse again if possible as it was jist perfect, the local people off harzberg were very kind and friendly too. This in our eyes is a 5 star accomodation. Thank you and we hope to stay again soon.

A very lovely country house. Like being in a museum, lots to see. Will hold many.

Unsere Weihnachtswoche war wunderschön, nicht zuletzt dank dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben und es mangelte uns an nichts. Besonders schön der gemeinsame Treffpunkt, diese schöne große Diele mit dem großen Kamin, und auch diese Möglichkeit, sich mal in eine Leseecke zurückzuziehen, oder mit einem der Enkelkinder zu spielen- einfach Klasse!!!!!
