Wat een prachtige plek in Winterberg(Niedersfeld).Prachtig chalet en ook een fantastische uitzicht.

De ruimte en netheid
De airco ontbrak tijdens de warme dagen. En het was erg snel warm in de accommodatie. Daarnaast hebben we een faciliteit zoals een zwembad gemist en wellicht iets meer speeltuintjes

Prachtige omgeving, huisjes staan dicht op elkaar maar geven voldoende privacy. De huisjes zijn netjes en schoon en goede spullen.
Wij waren er in de zomer en het is erg moeilijk contact te krijgen met iemand (van de receptie). Zo is het ons niet gelukt een Sauerlandcard te bemachtigen, was onze wasbak bijna 2 dagen verstopt tot er iemand kwam en hebben we niets teruggehoord over een foutieve broodjesbestelling. Het enige contact liep via whatsapp en dat leken chatbot antwoorden.
