Beachfront and spacious condo perfectly placed on beautiful private beach and overlooking Gulf of Mexico. Roomy lanai overlooks the beach and ocean and is the perfect place for relaxing and enjoying the view and sunset. One-mile walk to pier, public beach and Town Center with a variety of restaurants, shopping and entertainment. The perfect spot for accessibility to everything Fort Myers Beach has to offer!!
Condo is well-kept, spacious and very comfortable. Three bedrooms (beds are king, queen and singles) with 2 full baths. Master suite overlooks Gulf of Mexico and is very roomy. Unit has a large and cook-ready kitchen, dining area, living room and lanai. Condo is fully-furnished and houses a private washer/dryer for your use. Swimming pool and hot tub at complex accessible to our guests. One-covered parking space and elevator accessibility to condo entrance.
Maximum number of guests is 6. Must rent in two week periods off season and by the month in season.

Nice condo with everything you need. Nice location. Very responsive and kind owner. At the time of year I visited traffic on the Main Street up and down the beach was difficult to predict and in afternoon and evening sometimes didn’t move.

The unit is in a perfect location with amazing views. Condo was clean and everything worked exactly as it should. it is a little dated but we liked it.The host was amazing, she truly cared about our stay being perfect and responded to all requests in a timely manner.

Condo had everything we needed! Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of beach towels, chairs and toys! Owner was very helpful and always got back to us promptly.
