About this house rental
The house in the cozy Spodsbjerg on Langeland is exceptionally well located and right on the water. Especially from the conservatory the view of the sea is magnificent. You have private access to your own beach and a staircase also leads to the water. Beautiful sunrise from the east terrace. On the opposite side is the Spodsbjerg campsite with mini golf and ice kiosk. Right next to it is the grocery store. Spodsbjerg Havn is only a few 100 meters from the property.

Schönes kleines Häuschen mit guter Raumaufteilung. Zwar tlw. etwas rückständig was Renovierungsleistungen angeht aber noch passabel. Große Küche mit guter Austattung und separater Abstellraum mit Wäschetrockner und Waschmaschine sowie zusätzlichen Gefriertruhen bieten auch den Anglern unter den Urlaubern gute Möglichkeiten. Sauberkeit war gut. Außenbereich war ebenso ok - eine überdachte Terasse macht das abendliche Grillen entspannter und der Strand vor der Haustüre ist natürlich sehr schön. Einzig das Heizungssystem ist katastrophal. Für eine Woche (durschnittlich 8 Grad Außentemperatur) mit wenig Aufenthalt im Haus (nur abends) haben wir eine Stromrechnung von 100Euro erhalten, da alle Heizungen strombetrieben sind. Im Schlafzimmer, Bad und Nebenraum sind die kleinen Stromheizer absolut ausreichend im Wohnzimmer und der Küche soll ein Klimagerät mit außen angebrachtem Wärmetauscher für Wärme sorgen - macht er aber nur bei mehr als 6 Grad Außentemperatur. Wir saßen somit jeden Abend mit zweifach Hosen und Pullovern im Wohnzimmer und haben uns aufs Bett gefreut - am letzten Urlaubstag waren dann alle erkältet. Schade und zugleich teuer.
