Come and enjoy privacy and relaxation in our plush, 1bdrm, 1bath apartment retreat recently remodeled and ready for your next stay.

Located just 1 block from the Del Paso County Club, 8 miles from downtown Sacramento and less than 10 miles from the capital - we're also just 1 mile off I-80 and 5 miles from highway 50 making it easy to get to us and get to anywhere your travels take you in the Greater Sacramento area.

Whether you're getting together with friends or looking for the perfect place to rest with your family, you'll have complete privacy with your own entrance. Once inside, you'll enjoy a spacious, quiet area with extra tall ceilings in the living room, dining room and kitchen. You'll find lots of rest on either the super comfortable queen mattress in the bedroom, full-sized futon in the living room or twin-sized memory foam fold down ottoman. Get fully refreshed in the completely remodeled bathroom including walk-in shower that's easily accessible.

We offer one, gated parking spot with more available upon request.

We also offer a pack and play and/or highchair upon request.

The apartment was immaculate and Kristin was very helpful. She was there to greet me when I arrived & texted me the next morning to ask if I needed anything. I couldn’t find any liners for the coffee pot & she brought me some within 10 minutes. I definitely recommend Kristin’s place and would stay again off in Sacramento.

I had an amazing 4 night/3 day stay at this in-law unit in Sacramento! The neighborhood is quiet, well-maintained, and feels safe with the gated property. The unit itself was perfect—fully stocked with everything you could need, making it feel like a home away from home. The WiFi was strong and fast, which made working remotely a breeze. With several grocery stores just a 3-minute drive away, it was super convenient to pick up anything I needed. The hosts were very responsive and attentive, making sure my stay was comfortable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone visiting Sacramento!

We stayed for 4 days and nights and could not have asked for a better location. The neighborhood was quiet, it was close to stores, restaurants and anything else you might need. It was also easy to find. The hosts were great. It was an easy check-in and they checked in to make sure everything was alright after we had been there awhile. The house was just as described, very clean and comfortable. It was the perfect size for us. If we have to go to Sacramento again we will definitely check to see if this location is available.

Wonderful stay at Mountain View VRBO in Sacramento. Neighborhood is pleasant, walkable and feels safe. Property is gated, quiet and secure. The owners are very nice and accommodating to all our needs. Property had everything we needed including freshly ground coffee! Great location for us. We love this place! We have stayed here before and will come back again anytime we need a place to stay in the Sacramento area. The place is always spotless, the owners are communicative and have the place set up very thoughtfully. I love the neighborhood and feel great about getting to park my car behind a locked gate. They have games and a well stocked kitchen and plenty of space and comfortable beds for a family of 5. Thanks again! We will be back!

We had enjoyed our first stay in this apartment so we returned for a one-month stay. The unit is very comfortable and has everything you would need. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, and we enjoyed frequent walks. Kristin and Peter are superb hosts. The water heater went out during our stay and they had it replaced before the end of the afternoon. That’s great service!

Now that I know how fantastic this VRBO and hosts are, I'm amazed I was able to book a stay there--and that it wasn't fully booked months in advance! This stand-alone, spacious VRBO unit's kitchen was thoughtfully and fully stocked. The walk-in closet was amazing. Peter and Kristin were super kind and extremely gracious. This VRBO has all the amenities one could want when away from home. The location is very private in a lovely and quiet neighborhood, but with loads of restaurants and grocery options close by. I could rave on and on, but I think you get the picture. It was super easy to get to downtown Sacramento from here and back. Stay here--you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our two-week stay in this wonderful apartment. It is very spacious and it has several comfortable recliner chairs, perfect for reading or watching TV. The kitchen is well-appointed and contains everything you will need for cooking, including a large array of spices. The neighborhood is pleasant and we enjoyed daily walks. Kristin and Peter are welcoming and attentive hosts and they made sure that everything went smoothly.

We really liked this home. Our hosts were attentive and welcoming. There were an abundance of cooking supplies and full size kitchen. The washer and dryer were excellent and put to use after a week of traveling. There isn’t anything you would need to add except groceries! What a great place and so easy to find. We would stay here again. The bedroom TV was only issue we couldn’t resolve and didn’t bother Kristin about. Thank you for the great stay!!

From beginning to end, the communication with the owner was excellent. The accommodation is very private and in a lovely neighborhood. I was recovering from a hip replacement. I had plenty of room to walk around the property. The apartment was very comfortable. The owner provided cooking oil, spices, and the basics for cooking. We felt we had everything we needed.

We stayed at this Vrbo when we were driving through with our family of 5 with 3 kiddos 4-7. The host was very communicative ahead of time and on the day of our arrival. The neighborhood is very nice and quiet and feels very safe and on top of that the property is gated. The unit itself was extremely clean and since we were arriving later in the day, the owner actually made up all of the fold out beds for us so that we wouldn’t have to! They even left fresh fruit and snacks/ breakfast items for us! The kitchen was very well stocked and even has a dishwasher! We didn’t use the washer and dryer this time but it was nice to have them available. We will definitely stay here again!

Peter was very good communicating arrival instructions. Nice, quiet neighborhood, not far from local shopping area though. Spacious living area and kitchen. We asked Peter if he had a wine opener and he went out of his way to look for one and brought it over. Nice, clean bedroom and spacious bathroom. Would definitely stay here again.

This place is comfortable, clean, spacious. Kitchen cooking utensils and seasonings are plenty, full range (two full turning stacks of seasoning bottles). Additionally, they also include something in the fridge for your consumption and convenience if you stay for just a couple days. Very quiet and safe, but not too far from downtown / old town of Sac, about 10 to 15 minute drive depending on traffic. Nearby you can find Trader Joe’s and Walmart for grocery, and T J Maxx and Ross. Hosts answer questions and checks in to see how you are doing, to make sure you have the adequate stuff for your stay. They even show you how to operate that TV, sound system.
