About this apartment rental
The beach is partly pebble, partly paved with flagstones, and sandy in the small bay - very suitable for children. You can enjoy the tranquility of the small town, listening to the sounds of the sea, without the constant traffic noise. The water temperature and the weather are sometimes even more enjoyable than in the summer time. There is no storage and large crowds, and there is always something you can do or visit.
The apartments are very spacious and comfortable, ideal for vacations for couples and families with children. The kitchens are equipped with utensils for cooking and serving food and drinks, cutlery and kitchen appliances - fridge, freezer, stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, microwave.
The bathrooms are modern style, equipped with shower and hair dryer and hygiene much emphasis is placed
All guests have the opportunity to use the common washing machine.
Very good possibility Directions by car, parking at the property for five cars. From the apartments to the beach is 30 meters away with many Mediterranean trees. There are 40 meters to the grocery store, the bakery, the newsagent and vegetable market. For those who enjoy jogging, or cycling spatzierengehen give it a very nice 10-km long beach promenade, which is illuminated in the evenings.
The sea is in front of the house, for those who swim in the crystal clear sea or enjoy you want to lie in the sun, but if you're looking for adventure, there is a great possibility to find one. In our environment, we have many entertainment opportunities possible.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom yellow apartment for 10 nights in August and were extremely happy with our choice. The owner Neda is very friendly and always on hand without being intrusive. We were welcomed with cold drinks, home-grown watermelon and tomatoes in the fridge.
There's good parking just outside the apartment building, reachable from Zadar airport in about 25 minutes.
Air conditioning was provided in all rooms and could be run throughout the night with hardly any noise. The terrace/balcony has wonderful views over the sea and has got table and chairs to enjoy meals, and a drying rack to hang out beach gear.
Inside was equipped with everything we needed for our stay.
The beach is just steps away, with easy entry to crystal-clear sea. There's a pool about 200m away belonging to adjacent apartment complex, which you can use without charge if you turn up before the attendants appear. This is surrounded by a scenic restaurant and bar, with access to showers, toilets and sun loungers galore. Large inflatables in the sea are free to use. Just a short walk away, you can cross over to the sandy beach used by the Falkensteiner Resort.
It is just a 10 minute stroll to Petrcane town, with lovely restaurants and the most stunning sunsets.
All in all, you can not go wrong choosing this apartments. Thank you for a wonderful holiday.

A great place to relax and do lots of swimming and snorkelling. Really close to the beach, good facilities near by with a supermarket, restaurants, baker, ice-cream parlour, bars etc. A short drive into the beautiful city of Zadar for more extensive shopping, restaurants, culture, sea organ. The apartment was really clean and well equipped and our host was very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful relaxing few days here and I would definitely return. Thanks.

The apartment was just outside Petrcane and was truly gorgeous. About 30 metres from the sea with views over the water to the islands. Everything we needed (and plenty of things we didnt...but might have) were supplied in the well equipped and very comfortable apartment. Neda welcomed us with food and wine and was around all week for whenever we needed anything without being intrusive. Perfect. Just a 20 minute walk along the well lit seashore path was Petrcane village with a selection of bars and restaurants. A 20 minute car journey into Zadar brought a wider selection of eating options (though we never seemed to take the same route twice to Zadar!). On the last day we had a late flight but were unable to stop in the apartment due to another booking. No problem, Neda allowed us to use the shower and change before heading off later on. A great apartment with a warm and helpful welcome. One not to be missed.
