Seaside House PuntaSkala

Summer vacation in the Apartment, or better said, House on the seaside in Petrčane has numerous advantages. Around 120 m2 is at your disposal with 3 bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen included. The house is fully equipped so there is no need to bring your stuff with you. You have a garden as well in the back of the house, so you can spend your time in the evening there. There is an outstanding terrace which have a moving roof - you can have the full sunshine if you want. The house is "healthy" which means that it is not old, do not have hidden and covered damages, no bad smell, windows with mosquito net (most of the houses do not invest in this)... A lot of pros with few contras. Definitely worth visiting. I want to thank Dino for his kindness.

Disadvantage are almost none and here are only subjective. The beach is found cca 100m from the back of the house and the grocery is cca 350m. Living furniture lived enough and there is a place for improvement (no need for expensive one just to have a fresh new one where you can lay down for an hour or so).
