In an old building, freshly renovated located 5 minutes from the Place de la Comédie and 2 minutes from the train station, 85m2 duplex apartment on the second floor without T3 type elevator (2 bedrooms).
This property is composed of a large air-conditioned, bright and sunny living room which opens onto a fully equipped American kitchen. On this level is a large bedroom with closet, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, you will access through a spiral staircase to a second air-conditioned bedroom with storage and office area (for children, a security barrier is available).
You will find a very pleasant square a few meters away with many shops (grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria, sushi restaurant, wine / tapas bar ...).

We loved our month in this apartment. It’s a nice reno in an old building, barely 5 minutes from Place de la Comedie and centre-ville Montpellier. We had a problem with electrical but the local agent at ClassAppart was great in getting it resolved. The apt needs some maintenance (moldy washing machine, funky smell in the shower, temperamental dishwasher), but we still loved it!

The property is ideally situated in the center of the city within a short walking distance to the Place de Comedy, the train station, shopping and restaurants. The location of the apartment was the best feature for us. Parking on the street was possible but very expensive and often required a search. We soon discovered parking at the Polygon Mall and it was more convenient to park there and retrieve the car as needed. We used the car to tour around southern France but otherwise it was actually a liability in the city as we found driving and parking to be stressful. There are car rental agencies at the train station that we would use next time. All in all a fabulous experience for us.

The contemporary furnishings of the apartment were tasteful and complemented the historic significance of the building.
The location is excellent. Near the tram stop and the train station. Just blocked from the plaza Comodie .
We enjoyed our month in Montpellier.

Perfect location on the center of the city. The apartment was nice and bright, clean, spacious.
We rented for two months. Montpellier is a lovely city and was a great spot from which to explore the rest of the country!
