The holiday home is located in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Boltenhagen, OT Tarnewitz in a quiet holiday home complex. The holiday home with approx. 57 m² consists of 2 bedrooms one behind the other (1x double bed, 1x bunk bed), a shower room and a living and dining room as well as a separate kitchen. There is a sofa bed in the living room. On the front terrace you have a great view of the extensive holiday home complex and can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. At the rear of the bungalow there is a fenced terrace and lawn area for sunbathing, relaxing and unwinding. Sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue are at your disposal. A handcart is available for trips to the beach and the surrounding area. A high chair and a travel cot are available for families with children. It is approx. 800 metres from the property to the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The Baltic seaside resort of Boltenhagen offers everything you need for a pleasant stay and a sense of well-being. Families with children will feel just as comfortable here as hikers, cycling enthusiasts or those seeking relaxation. The well-developed hiking and cycling trails as well as the beautiful 3 kilometre long fine sandy beach with adjoining cliffs invite you to go on long and short excursions. If the weather doesn't play along, there are board games for fun and entertainment. In Boltenhagen there is a spa centre and a park with a concert shell. There are also supermarkets, bakeries, boutiques and other shops for daily needs as well as bistros and restaurants, bicycle hire, a riding stable, a climbing park and much more. With good motorway connections, you can also easily reach many cities (e.g. Wismar 20 km, Schwerin 50 km, Rostock 65 km, Lübeck 50 km, Hamburg 124 km). The kitchen is equipped with a cooker including ceramic hob and oven, a dishwasher, a fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and crockery. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, a magnifying mirror and a hairdryer.
On the front terrace there is a beach chair, a chest with the cushions for the table and chairs. The blinds can be extended electrically.
There is also a table and chairs on the rear terrace. There is a small wooden shed containing the cushions for the chairs, the handcart, the high chair for small children and the barbecue. The blinds can be operated mechanically and there is also a parasol.
On the front terrace you can have breakfast in the shade in the morning and enjoy the sunsets in the evening. You have a wide view of the grounds and can see the roofs of the spa clinic and treetops.
