About this house rental

With over 2,100 square feet of living space, this townhouse is a 10 minute walk to downtown Blacksburg (0.7 mile) and 15 minute walk to Lane Stadium and Cassell Coliseum (1.6 mile). VCOM is a 3.3 mile drive. Virginia Tech campus and downtown bus stop in front of the property for those who prefer not to walk. Located in a quiet neighborhood with off street parking and a semi-private back patio for cookouts and gatherings. Modern decorations with an open floorplan and first floor master suite make this a perfect fit for families attending graduation in Blacksburg or Radford. Radford is only a 30 minute (21) mile drive away. Pet friendly, just ask.

Wonderful property! Close to downtown and a bus stop is just across the street from the condo. Easy check in. Home is beautiful, clean, very comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay!

I was happy to find this house so close to campus/town for our son’s graduation. The only concern I had was it appeared a bit small in the VRBO photos. I was pleasantly surprised that this home is very large and very nice. Top it off with a great experience communicating with the owner. I would definitely stay here again (but now that my son had graduated…I probably won’t need to). Thank you for sharing your home with us.
