JT was super nice, quick to respond, and let us push back our check out time. Apartment was clean. Loved the hot tub. And it’s the perfect location, walking distance to downtown or Tech. They had plenty of “extras” like bathroom toiletries including toothbrushes and razors and kitchen necessities like coffee and creamer. We will definitely stay there again!
The apartment is underneath the family’s home, so you can hear them walking around a little. It didn’t bother us at all! Just something to note!

Fantastic location close to VA Tech and restaurants. Probably the best stocked Apt I’ve rented…he had everything you need. Very clean and modern and a TON of space and sleeping areas. Great accommodations.

Very clean & organized. Great use of space. I loved all the books. Separate heating/cooling system in each area.
It didn’t list stairs. No tv in the bottom bunk room. Wished there was more mirrors and at least a half bath.
