It is clean, has a washing machine. The shower is good and bedroom is a nice size.
There is no air conditioner, there is a fan in the living room and bedroom, but not very affective. The water appliance in the kitchen is loose and therefore a little tricky to use.

No breakfast. The location was fine as close to several restaurants.
The pool was clean and the sunbeds were of a good standard although there could have been a few more.
Wi-fi was no issue.
No change of towels and one was threadbare.
Very small bedroom with around 20cm gap each side. That said the bed was very comfortable.
