About this apartment rental
With about 100 square meters of living space the apartment with a dreamlike view of the Yachthafen and towards the old town one of the coveted apartments in Waren on the Müritz. The high-quality equipped kitchen, the living area with fireplace and the spacious bedrooms are furnished in a tasteful combination of Bavarian comfort, design furniture and anti-smoking.
In the 1st. The spacious three-room apartment is located on the upper floor of a comfortable, newly built house with several apartments. This has a hallway with cloakroom, as well as a cozy and high-quality living-dining area with all imaginable comforts such as sofa, relax chair, flat screen TV with computer games and radio.
The high-quality equipped kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator with ice compartment, microwave, ceran hob, coffee machine, toaster and many more. Will inspire every hobby cook. The apartment has two double bedrooms - one is equipped with flat-screen TV. In the case of a crackling fire of the stove, many an evening will remain forever in your memory. The spacious daylight bath with bathtub, additional shower, hairdryer, bidet, WC, wash basin and underfloor heating is like a small wellness oasis.
Enjoy the view from your own balcony over the marina with promenade and the Müritz. For your bike tours there is a bicycle storage for a maximum of 3 bikes, which you share with the other apartment. In addition, bike racks are available on the enclosed terrain with the associated car parking.
If you are planning a longer stay, we offer a laundry service. Of course, you can also book an intermediate cleaning, extra towels and linen change.
For our handicapped guests who require assistance, we have on-site nursing and day care. Depending on the degree of care, this service can be billed directly to the health insurance.

Wir waren mit eigenen E-Bikes da und konnten diese in einem abschließbaren, ebenerdigen Raum im Haus abstellen.
Die Wohnung hat einen schönen Eck-Balkon in Süd/West Ausrichtung. Am Nachmittag bei voller Sonne und 30 Grad im Schatten fehlt nur ein Sonnenschirm.
Die automatische Schließung der Wohnungstür kann sicherlich besser eingestellt werden, damit man sie nutzen kann. Wir konnten die Tür nur mit Schlüssel leise zuziehen, da die Bewohner anderer Wohnungen sonst bei jedem Kommen und Gehen durch das sehr laute Zufallen der Tür gestört wurden.
Die Wohnung würden wir aber auf jeden Fall wieder mieten!

Sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtete Ferienwohnung in zentraler Lage am Hafen an teilweise etwas stärker befahrener Straße.; kurze Wege zu Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc.; schöner Balkon mit schönem Ausblick auf Binnenmüritz, Hafen und Waren.

Lage und Sauberkeit i.O., Einrichtung, bis auf Esstisch und Betten, auch. ESSTISCH wies Löcher und Risse auf, Lasur oder Lack weist Beschädigungen auf und der Tisch ist nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Die Stühle am Esstisch knarren und passen auch nicht zur übrigen Wohnzimmereinrichtung.Die Betten knarren bei jeder Bewegung, Nachttischlampen passen nicht zur SCHLAFZIMMEREINRICHTUNG.Kein einheitliches Design in allen Räumen. Keine Infomappe vorhanden.Keine Einweisung durch Vermieterin.4 Sterne nicht gerechtfertigt.
