Fantastic villa in the first line of the sea in Beltem

Thanks to its location, the modern Villa Enigma offers an unforgettable view of the sea. The house is beautifully bright and offers the utmost in living comfort. The large floor-to-ceiling windows, which can be fully opened, provide a fantastic view and excellent ventilation during the hot summer months.

Spanning a total of 500 m², this luxury villa features 4 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom, 5 bathrooms, and an additional guest restroom. It can accommodate up to 9 people plus a baby. The living area alone covers nearly 100 m². The kitchen and dining area offer direct access to the terrace. There are 2 double bedrooms on both the upper floor and the first floor. The villa is ideal for several couples or two families, as each bedroom has its own private area. The high-quality designer kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

A house has been built on the neighboring lot, which is not currently visible in our photos or on Google Maps. Construction was completed in December 2019, so you shouldn’t expect any disturbance from construction noise. Minor construction work is currently taking place on a nearby lot, which may occasionally result in faint noise levels. However, this generally does not interfere with your stay at the villa.
