On a huge private plot of 38,000 m² you can enjoy the peace and quiet of the place and experience the original Mallorca. In the Balearic summer, you will want to spend most of your time outside. The 60 m² private pool with a depth of 1.80 m offers you the opportunity; there is also a whirlpool embedded in the natural stone terrace. Both are illuminated in the dark. The outdoor shower saves you a trip into the house. Meals are taken on the 60 m² veranda by the house, which is accessible through numerous floor-to-ceiling windows. A barbecue is available for a cosy barbecue evening. The stylish lounge area is used for relaxing moments during the day. From the covered terrace and the pool area, you can enjoy fantastic views of the bay of Alcúdia and Cap de Formentor, which marks the easternmost point of the island. The furnishings are in keeping with this timeless, modern taste: An inviting long dining table for all guests stands next to the modern, white fitted kitchen with cooking island here, cooking together becomes a communicative and cheerful experience and eliminates awkwardness. In the living area, an LCD TV invites you to enjoy cosy evenings. The comfortable bedrooms are tastefully furnished, with a focus on clean lines and style. Instead of furnishing each room in the same way, the owners have chosen an individual design for each bedroom suite: This ranges from plain white furniture to whitewashed oak and light grey. To ensure the privacy of your travelling party, four of the bedrooms have their own bathroom. The other two bathrooms are assigned to the remaining two bedrooms, but do not have their own bathroom. Equipped with very modern and excellent bathroom fittings, all bathrooms have either a bathtub or a walk-in shower area. The stunning Villa Febrer is situated in an absolutely secluded location surrounded by palm and olive trees on a private plot of 38,000 m², close to the small town of Colonia de Sant Pere on the edge of the bay of Alcúdia. You can go shopping in the nearby centre of Colonia or drive to Betlem. The most beautiful beaches in the bay of Alcúdia, such as Son Serra de Marina (4.2 km) and Torrent de na Borges (6 km), are within easy reach by car.
