About this house rental

Spacious home located in a nice area north of Charlotte and 5 min to Lake Norman. 1st flr has a master bed/bath suite w/ dual vanities & garden tub. Great Room has fireplace, kitchen has breakfast bar & granite countertops, Dining Room, 1/2 bath & laundry. 2nd flr has 2 bedrooms, full bath, and a large bonus room. Hardwood floors throughout 1st flr & in upstairs bonus room. Fenced backyard has patio that connects to a detached 2 car garage. Free internet and T.V available. Close to Target, Birkdale Village, Davidson colIege, I-77 & min from shopping, restaurants & more.

Wonderful house and great location! The neighborhood is very walkable and safe. Easy access to most everything. Eli was very easy to work with. Will definitely stay again

Two adult couples - plenty of room, space on front porch and back patio to relax. Nice quiet neighborhood with very close access to trails for running and walking, close to everything you could need - shopping, restaurants, golfing, groceries. Could use a little refresh, but no problems and had everything needed - easy in and out
