Points forts¦ appartement bien situé (proche centre ville, commerces, télécabines et thermes...), bien agencé avec une cour intérieur.

- bien équipé : plaques cuisson, frigo, machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, vaisselle

Des idées pour améliorer
- un meilleur service de l'agence lors de l'accueil : donner l'adresse précise de l'agence, ne pas oublier de fournir le code ;) supprimer du trousseau celles qui sont inutiles (il y a 8 clés pour un appartement de 30 métres carrés.
- réparer, remplacer les petites choses qui le méritent : le système qui pivote entre douche et bain pour lequel il faut une pince, la cafetière qui semble ne plus fonctionner, certaines poignées de placard qui restent dans les mains
- et le point le plus important l'humidité très importante : en plein mois d'août ça reste supportable car il est possible d'aérer. Ca doit être plus difficle lorsqu'il n'est pas possible d'ouvrir la porte....
