About this apartment rental
Apartment of 60 m² ideally exposed and located in Cauterets for a stay in all seasons. It occupies the entire second and last floor of the Perce Neige house. It consists of a living room (sofa bed 140-180) with American kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one equipped with a bed of 160-200 and the other of 2 bunk beds of 90-180), a bathroom.
Disposable mattress pads are provided for each stay. You must bring your own sheets and linen.
If necessary, the Boyrie Laundry (Galerie César, under the Thermes de César, avenue du Docteur Domer, telephone 05 62 92 51 80) can provide you with them by reservation.
Very bright and comfortable, the living rooms open onto a large balcony (10 m²) facing south (view of the climbing wall of Cauterets); panoramic view of the mountain and village through four large bay windows.
50 meters from the gondolas and 100 meters from the Thermal Baths and the Bains du Rocher.
Rate for a three-week cure; consult the host via Vrbo.
Equipped just like at home: washing machine, dishwasher, high-speed Wi-Fi, Orange TV, crockery, kitchen utensils, vacuum cleaner, induction hob, traditional oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, board games....
Electric shutters, electric blinds, electric heating, double glazing, parquet and PVC flooring.
Private ski cupboard on half landing between the first floor and the first floor.
The requested rate does not include a cleaning fee. Please leave this apartment in its original state of cleanliness.
We also rent, depending on availability, a studio that can accommodate 4 people on the first floor of the same house.

Really confortable and big apartment, close to the ski lifts. 5* cleaning with all you need. Maryse on the check In and check Out was really helpfull.The contact from the Immobilier was not helpfull at all and did not anything to make himself understand (no english or spanish spoken).
