Top Lage, aber muffig

Top Lage, aber muffig

Das Haus ist wirklich top-gelegen, direkt am Strand, eigener Zugang zum Wasser vom Garten, überdachte Terrasse, gute Ausstattung mit Gartenmöbeln, auch innen sehr persönlich eingerichtet vom Besitzer. Jetzt kommt das große ABER: Das ganze Haus hatte in allen Zimmern einen stark muffigen Geruch, fast schimmlig. Das war auch nach 3 Tagen Power-Lüften mit Durchzug nur gering besser. Wir haben unsere Klamotten gar nicht in die Schränke gelegt da diese auch rochen, sondern aus dem Koffer gelebt. Dinge die wir nicht anhatten haben zu Hause immer noch so stark gerochen, dass sie gewaschen werden mussten. Ich denke das Problem ist, daß die ganze Wohnung mit Teppichböden ausgelegt ist. Direkt am Meer, in einem Haus was nicht dauerhaft bewohnt ist, ist das meiner Meinung nach ein no-go. Hier ist Sanierungsbedarf, da muss ein Holzboden oder Fliesen hin. Dieser Muff hat unsere Urlaubsfreude doch sehr getrübt, schade bei der traumhaften Lage. Im übrigen war auch viel Staub und Spinnweben in den Ecken zu sehen bei unserer Ankunft, hier müsste mal professionell sauber gemacht werden.
