About this house rental
Wireless Internet, Roku, DVD, CD player, 2 TV viewing areas, 2 large flat panel TVs, Bumper Pool/Poker table. Full washer/dryer.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on one of the 3 decks. Or stay inside in the Great Room and enjoy the view out of our Picture Frame Window. Bring your pole and fish off our private dock or rent our pontoon boat and fish in the heart of the lake. At 540 acres, Lake Arrowhead is the largest privately owned lake in GA.
We have 4 bedrooms + futon, 3 full Baths and can sleep up to 8 people (1 king, 2 queens, 1 double). We also have a Futon which can be pulled out to a double sized bed and also an Air Mattress. The house is complete with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked.
No smoking. No Pets.
MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF your request is within 30 days of arrival, other arrangements can be made.
Additional $300 refundable damage deposit (which will be returned within 10 business days after departure).
Boat Rental is a flat $500 for the length of visit.

The property was great! We truly enjoyed our stay! In town for a baseball tournament with avid teenage fishermen. However, they preferred to swim and kayak for hours in the beautiful lake. If ever in town again, our group will definitely stay again!

This is such a great find! The photos don’t do it justice. The roads in are steep and wind around a lot but the nature is beautiful. The lake is great and just stunning. Can not articulate enough the beauty and comfort but do be warned that the driveway is like no other. Really really scary steep. The house has lots of room and plenty of beds. If you are coming to use the lake there are no towels at the house other than bath towels. Bring beach towels. Lots of fun at this great house. Also- we were in town for a baseball tournament and this was pretty central to all of the fields. Great house great hosts-

Great owners, great home, wonderful location, clear beautiful lake, best stocked house I have every stayed in. All issues were quickly resolved by owners and they really care about you and your stay... like family.
Would highly recommend for family, friends trip or remote work.
Do note that the driveway is REALLY steep (but don't get intimidated by that) and cell coverage is a little spotty at the house.
Will stay again!
