About this house rental
Wireless Internet, Roku, DVD, CD player, 2 TV viewing areas, 2 large flat panel TVs, Bumper Pool/Poker table. Full washer/dryer.
Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks on one of the 3 decks. Or stay inside in the Great Room and enjoy the view out of our Picture Frame Window. Bring your pole and fish off our private dock or rent our pontoon boat and fish in the heart of the lake. At 540 acres, Lake Arrowhead is the largest privately owned lake in GA.
We have 4 bedrooms + futon, 3 full Baths and can sleep up to 8 people (1 king, 2 queens, 1 double). We also have a Futon which can be pulled out to a double sized bed and also an Air Mattress. The house is complete with linens and towels. The kitchen is fully stocked.
No smoking. No Pets.
MINIMUM 7 NIGHT STAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
IF your request is within 30 days of arrival, other arrangements can be made.
Additional $300 refundable damage deposit (which will be returned within 10 business days after departure).
Boat Rental is a flat $500 for the length of visit.

Beautiful view from living room. House is clean and has basically everything you need. Driveway is VERY steep and does get a little tiresome after a week of driving up and down. Kids enjoyed swimming off the dock. Fishing was not good at our location (didn’t catch one fish) but it was extremely hot and we are not pro fisherman by any means. When we booked, they said we could rent the pontoon boat for an additional 500 but there was no boat…..said it was being worked on. Very disappointing since that was a big reason we rented the place.

The property was great! We truly enjoyed our stay! In town for a baseball tournament with avid teenage fishermen. However, they preferred to swim and kayak for hours in the beautiful lake. If ever in town again, our group will definitely stay again!

Very steep driveway with limited parking. Keys were not location indicated and we had to call host to let us in. Dated interior with broken floor tiles in kitchen. Needs a deep clean. Cobwebs, spiders, dust. Found a roach in kitchen. Flatware in drawers was dirty and needed to be cleaned before use. Could not get lower level TV to work. Next door neighbor watching over house seemed to be always watching us.The access to lake is the only reason we would rent this house.
