In the modern equipped 2-storey villa **** Milohnici "Florian" are the max. 10 guests on the first floor in two separate areas two bedrooms (each about 11 square meters) with double beds and a bathroom (8,5 sqm) with double sink, bidet, toilet, walk-in shower and bathtub.
The ground floor offers a guest toilet, an open living room (about 46 sqm) with sofa bed, a large dining table with enough space for 10 people and a modern kitchen (u. A. With washing machine and dishwasher).
The living room leads to the spacious, covered terrace (40 square meters), which lies on the south-west side of the house. From there you have direct access to the pool (5.8 x 4.1 m) and the beautiful garden. In addition, you have the option to use the built-in terrace on the north side in the house.
Villa Milohnici is located on the quiet outskirts of the small village Milohnici on the southwest side of the island of Krk.
Within a radius of 200 m to 500 m distance to a supermarket, restaurants (konoba) and a tourist office
Small, idyllic bays, as well as the famous beach Glavotok with diving center are just 2 km away.
Approximately 15 km from the island capital Krk is with its old town and its many shopping opportunities.

Wir haben mit 2 Familien 10 Tage in dem wirklich schönen Ferienhaus verbracht. Das Haus ist aussen wie innen genauso schön, wie man es auf den Fotos sieht. Bei der Einrichtung wurde an alles gedacht. Auch in der Küche fehlte nichts!
Zum Strand geht man in ca. 1/2 Stunde durch einen Wald. Im Ort selbst gibt es 2 Konobas, die man nur empfehlen kann, und einen kleinen Supermarkt, in dem man fast alles bekommt.
Alles in allem ein Urlaub, bei dem man nichts vermisst!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub von Anfang bis Ende sehr genossen!
- check-in und check-out sehr flexibel und reibungslos.
- die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sehr gut gut ausgestattet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.
- nur 5 Fahrminuten entfernt befindet sich ein sehr schöner und vor allem sauberer Strand.
- der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr einfach, sehr nett und vor allem kann man immer schnell mit einer Rückmeldung rechnen!!
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn wir wieder kommen dürfen!!

Toller Empfang mit Marmelade und Olivenoel und durch eine super nette vielwissende Verwalterin. Wunderbar eingerichtetes Haus in einem kleinem Ort mit schöner Aussenanlage und tollem Pool. Grosse Terrasse, gute Betten und schöne voll eingerichtete Küche. Sehr zu empfehlen! Einziges Manko der zu kleiner Fernseher mit einem unterirdischen Ton hier sollte ein dem Haus entsprechendes Geraet angeschafft werden. Voran super Kommunikation mit dem Eigentuemer.
