About this cottage rental
The house "Casa delle Farfalle" is situated in the upper Valmarecchia to approximately 650 m altitude with a beautiful view in an original small village called Villa Maindi, 45 km from Rimini inland of Romagna.
The two-story house, which was completely built in 2008/9 while retaining its original structure new again, consists of 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a large bathroom upstairs, where together in a separate part of the washing machine, the gas boiler and an iron ironing board are. You also expect a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and coffee machine. The living room has a fireplace that heated with the upper bedrooms. Furthermore you will find a television with satellite connection and Wifi. From here you have direct access to the terrace with an incredible view of the nearest large town Pennabilli (there are also shops, restaurants, ice cream, etc.).
For the terrace there is garden furniture: 4 wicker chairs and a table, umbrella, 2 deck chairs and a hammock. There is also a barbecue, which is located in the cottage with the firewood against the house.
The area is ideal for hiking and mountain biking or just to relax. Those who prefer to excursions available, can drive in unique mountain villages, swimming in the nearby nearby mountain or go to the sea. Diverse information material and a German guide Area are also in the house.

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Een mooie vakantiewoning met alle benodigdheden. Vanaf het terras een mooi uitzicht op Pennabilli en omgeving. Uitstapjes genoeg in een rustig omgeving. Vriendelijke en attente verhuurders.

Ein schön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer wunderschönen Aussicht auf Pennabilli und die umliegende schöne Landschaft.
Die Nachbarn waren alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt vor Ort war herzlich und wir bekamen viele tolle Tipps. Das Haus hat alle nötigen Dinge, die man im Alltag benötig.
Das Schwimmbad in Ponte Messa ist für deutsche Verhältnisse teuer, aber lohnt sich. Sonst wäre es für unsere Kids wohl ein wenig zu einsam gewesen. Eine Tour zum nahe gelegenen Bergfluss ist ein MUSS. Für kleine Kinder jedoch nicht geeignet.
Einen Stern Abzug gibt es leider für die Hellhörigkeit des Hauses. Der direkt nebenan befindliche Nachbar ist schon sehr deutlich zu hören.
Empfehlen würden wir das Haus trotzdem zu 100 Prozent . Für uns ist es eine zweite Reise wert.
