About this villa rental
150 sqm villa recently renovated on three floors with park of 6000 sqm. Meadow and pine forest and field to play tennis or volleyball football. the basement floor with technical laundry room and large bathroom
Living room floor, dining room with fireplace stove and kitchen with super-equipped antique wooden floor with large wooden staircase planks. Total night plan 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms including two double bedrooms and a bathroom and 1 master bedroom with private bathroom and large terrace. Heating with thermos and thermo fireplace .pool 5 minutes by car. Ideal climate being 800 meters tall clean air never wet. Convenient Rimini airport which is 45 minutes drive from the house, through the wonderful Marecchia valley with villages and medieval castles that can be visited such as San Leo, Montebello, Toriana, Verucchio, San Marino, Talamello, Pennabilli with the famous antiques fair and excellent typical restaurants.
For groups of people over 8 there is the possibility of camping with own tent in the lawn surrounding the house using the basement bathroom with private entrance. The village of Perticara 1 km from the house has supermarket shops bars and the mine shop sells fantastic meat for the barbecue. Nearby there is a Sky parck with very fun tree paths then trails for Mountinbike and three bicycles available for guests, possibility of freecliming.

September special month for the stay in Perticara there is the festival of polenta and fruits of the undergrowth, then the famous truffle festival in Sant’Agata.

Diesen Urlaub werden wir so schnell nicht vergessen, eine solch tolle und liebvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus haben noch nie gehabt. Wir fühlten uns sofort zuhause. Wer Ruhe und Natur genießen möchte, wird sich dort sofort wohlfühlen. Auch die Vermieterin hat sofort dafür gesorgt, dass wir uns wohlgefühlt haben. Sie stand uns immer mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir haben den Urlaub wirklich genossen.
Non dimenticheremo questa vacanza in fretta, non abbiamo mai avuto una casa vacanze così bella e arredata con amore. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Se volete godervi la pace e la natura, vi sentirete subito a casa vostra. Anche la padrona di casa ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Era sempre presente per aiutarci e consigliarci. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la nostra vacanza.
We will not forget this holiday in a hurry, we have never had such a great and lovingly furnished holiday home. We immediately felt at home. If you want to enjoy peace and nature, you will immediately feel at home there. The landlady also immediately made us feel at home. She was always there to help and advise us. We really enjoyed our holiday.

Wir sind mit unserem Urlaub, insbesondere mit dem Haus und dem dazugehörigen Grundstück sehr zufrieden gewesen.
Perticara ist eine kleine, beschauliche Stadt mit freundlichen Bewohnern und bietet erst einmal alles, was man eigentlich so braucht.
Über die Besitzer unseres Hauses können wir nur positives berichten. Sie waren von Anfang an uns gegenüber sehr freundlich, zurückhaltend, aber zu 100 % erreichbar.
Falls Fragen unsererseits bestanden, erhielten wir immer umgehend eine Antwort, egal wann egal wie oft.
Da wir eine relativ lange Anreise hatten (ca. 1.200 km), spielte sogar der Zeitpunkt der Anreise und Abreise keine Rolle. Da war man uns gegenüber sehr entgegenkommend.
Was uns besonders positiv in Erinnerung geblieben ist, war die Tatsache, dass uns zum Zeitpunkt unserer Ankunft ( 8.30 Uhr) ein Frühstück erwartete, welches unsere Vermieter uns kostenlos bereitgestellt hatten.
Im Großen und Ganzen ein sehr schöner Urlaub, mit einem wirklich sehr schönen Haus/Grundstück und wirklich sehr netten Vermietern.
Wir können dieses nur guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, und würden auch gerne wieder unseren Urlaub dort verbringen.

Magnifique gîte. Parfaitement équipé. Vue et situation imprenables. Un seul petit bémol: pour une personne âgée l'escalier est difficile et surtout pas assez éclairé.

Casa ristrutturata da poco, bellissima e spaziosa, pulita ed accogliente. Non siamo stati in grado di sfruttarne tutte le potenzialità perché sono fin troppe. Ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità.
