The Sandpiper Condominium's Unit 704 is a 7th floor 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, condo on the sandy beaches of Port Aransas. The 7th floor offers fantastic views of the ocean and bay areas. From the front walk ways you can look out towards the city of Corpus Christi and all of the bay areas surrounding the Sandpiper. The balcony this room has to offer faces the beach and Gulf of Mexico.
This Unit has been recently remodeled and is very tasteful. In the Living Room there is a 32” Flat screen TV with a DVD hook up for relaxing evenings with the family. The Dining, Kitchen and Living Area all offer gorgeous views of the ocean.
In the Master Bedroom there is a King and a 32” Flat screen with a DVD player attached. The Guest bedroom has a King as well and a 23” flat screen TV. Both bathrooms have inviting walk in showers with sliding glass doors. There is space for toiletries and belongings in these rooms to give you the feeling of being at home while on the beach.

There was a few quips, such as our room not having AC and needing maintenance, the elevator being down for maintenance, and the wifi/tv not working well but other than that, it was flawless!

Absolutely amazing stay! The pictures are great but it's even more beautiful in person! Not to mention the amenities and beach view!
The rooms were a great size, comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with plates, utensils and cookware! It was so cozy! The staff was so helpful and outgoing as well! We can't wait to go back! This place was fantastic!

When looking for places to stay on Mustang Island I knew that I wanted to be on the beach. This was my first experience with a condo and it was perfect for my family. The kitchen had more cookware than any other VRBO that I have stayed in. The front desk help was so friendly and helpful. The only thing that I didn't love was that the beach was fairly narrow and people drove way to fast up and down the beach and I was constantly nervous about this (not at the fault of the condo- this is across the entire beach). I highly recommend this place! The pool and hot tub were really beautiful and the property very well managed.

A very nice condo with a beautiful view. It does not have wifi . You must connect to the modem for Internet. Definitely a problem for more than one person needing to work on the Internet. Surprising for a condo on this scale.
