About this apartment rental
This beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom / 2 bath allows easy access without dealing with elevators. The back patio allows a rear exit to the boardwalk and bypasses the lobby to access the beach.
Views are fantastic as you sit back with a beverage or book on the balcony. The new composite chairs allow everyone a spectacular view over the railing. The sunrise, sound of the waves, and smell of the salt are so relaxing.
The living and dining areas include all new furnishings. New lamps allow excellent lighting. The walls are also covered with beautiful artwork for your enjoyment.
The spacious equipped kitchen allows ease of cooking with a great view of the gulf. The kitchen includes granite countertops and most small appliances including a coffee maker, blender, toaster, built-in microwave, and is stocked with all pots and pans and utensils.
The master bedroom features a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two full-size beds which will sleep for 6 comfortably. Of course, there is wireless internet, cable, flat-screen televisions and ceiling fans in all the rooms.
Both bathrooms have been remodeled with beautiful tile showers and granite countertops. The sliding glass doors allow easy access for those who may have mobility issues.
The front door of your condo is only a few steps away from the heated pool and gas grills. These are reachable without taking the elevator! Also, the fantastic second-floor remodeled deck is accessible from the pool area and is very convenient to the unit should you decide to take the stairs. Sunsets are fantastic.

It was my birthday week vacation stay. The stay was perfect . The unit was very clean. The check in was easy and plenty of parking. The unit is also close to most restaurants l. Thank you for a great stay.

This was the first time that my family and I have stayed at the Sea Gull and we were extremely satisfied. The condo was great with plenty of space for us (2 adults and 3 kids under 6.) Having young children, we chose the ground floor and were very pleased with the extra play area under the balcony. We will certainly stay again! Thanks so much!
