About this house rental
We rent our holiday home in Center Parc Nordseeküste for up to 6 people plus baby!
Our holiday home is located only 600 m from the dike in the family holiday paradise Butjadingen- directly in the Center Parc North Sea coast.
The house is about 95 square meters, has its own large south garden and was newly renovated in 2016.
On three floors you will find 3 bedrooms, a living room and a dining room, two shower rooms and a newly built kitchen with oven and dishwasher. The house is completely furnished from A to Z and designed especially for the wishes and needs of families with children. You will find everything you need for a relaxed family holiday! Even barbecue, holiday reading, family games, sand toys or DVDs are available.

Here in Tossens there is the only theme beach in Germany with the Frisian beach. From a large adventure playground to wicker beach chairs for adults, the beach offers all the opportunities for relaxation. In direct, walking distance you can experience many attractions in the area:
Tossens offers long mudflats, boat trips, an adventure playground, miniature golf, a petting zoo, a climbing park or even farms in the immediate vicinity! The wonderfully flat country on the coast and the well-developed cycle paths invite to extended family bike tours. Two bike rental stations are located in the immediate vicinity. In addition, you can reach other attractions such. B. the tide-independent bay in Burhave, a lama farm or the play barn in just a few cycling or car minutes.
Even in bad weather, there is so much to experience: the Center Parc is in the immediate vicinity and you can use most of the attractions in the park (some for a fee) you can bathe with your family to your heart's content in the tropical "Aqua Mundo" , use the 24h shop, enjoy breakfast buffet for the whole family or book face painting, crafts, bowling, tennis, children's disco, etc. There are also various cafes and restaurants in the village as well as a large supermarket.
And in a little further environment, numerous attractions invite to day visits: shopping and the harbor mile in Bremerhaven, the universe in Bremen, the climate house and much, much mee (h) r !!
Our house is centrally located, but still very quiet. It takes 5 minutes walk to the Strandallee or 8 minutes walk to the Friesenstrand.
In addition, the large garden with the cozy and secure seating area behind the house invites to relaxing evenings. There is a bench, 6 chairs, a table and two sun loungers, sufficient garden furniture and a barbecue to relax.
In addition, the following fees are incurred locally and in cash:

Tourist tax: There is a city tax collected by the municipality:
High season 1. April to 31. October: € 2,40 per adult and night, or € 1,65 per child until 12
