Lovely location as advertised. Close to the trails and 15 mins or so walk into Carmel. The house itself is cosy, the bedrooms clean and very comfy beds. There’s just about everything you need to enjoy your time there. The back patio was a lovely space to sit and relax. It could use a little TLC - the front door doesn’t stay closed unless locked, most likely winter wood swelling vs anything major - same with the door to the back patio. Overall, the house was comfy and exactly as pictured.

This was our second year of spending the holidays in this beautiful Carmel home. It's in a fabulous location and the property owner and manager are accessible and helpful. We highly recommend this home and this beautiful part of the country.! we appreciate extra tips about the area and walking across the street to the nature preserve in particular.

This property has so much potential. The place is falling apart. Doors don’t close all the way, handle on shower door falls off and won’t stay closed. Wall plaster cracked and falling apart inside and out. We were only able to use the TV in living room. Extremely dated and way to much personal stuff everywhere.
