We have enjoyed a lot our vacation at Eva's house. The house is well kept and equipped and the sanitaria's were all renovated recently. The sauna is excellent and so is the table tennis. The only disadvantage is the stairs to the house (about 20) and it was tricky to find at first.

We had the perfect stay here in July 2023 with 9 people across three generations. The house is spacious, well equipped, has lovely views and is close to local amenities and everything the Allgäu has to offer. It’s walking distance to the lake for swimming on hot days, the town has a baker and a village shop which stocks basics and local specialties, and there is easy access to the A7 and D19 for excursions. The host was communicative and very helpful. A five star review for a five star stay!

I have just returned from a short stay in Bavaria and this property made it for us. It is very spacious set on 5 levels and built into a hillside. There is an attached garage leading to a basement drying/relaxation room with a wet room shower area and sauna! fantastic! on the living floor, there is a small but equipped galley style kitchen and open plan dining area and lounge with a log burner built in. the dining table seated all 11 of us with plenty of room and the owner Katherina had laid on high chairs and a cot, exactly as we had asked- very reliable and friendly on the phone! It was minus 10 outside in 2 feet of snow but the house was warm and very comfortable. The village is not based around tourism and is a small, quiet Bavarian village with only a bakers and a general store for supplies. Everyone we met was friendly and many spoke English for us. In the eveings the village is lit by old fashioned lamps and makes for a lovely walk in the snow. Access to the property is up a short but quite steep drive- we had some problems in the heavy snow getting our vehicle to the garage. Staying here you can be in the Alps within the hour and is striking distance from Kempten and the castles at neuswchwanstein ( a must see if you're there summer or winter). All the fittings in the property were of a high standard, the bath and showers were very welcome after a day out in the snow. The kitchen is well equipped, albeit there was no microwave. Apparently there is a lake very near the property- we never saw it as it was frozen and underneath 2 feet of snow but would be lovely in summer months. I would thoroughly recommend this property and Bavaria as a whole as a holiday destination, especially in the snow- the scenary was spectacular. If you go sledging visit Bad Hindelang but make sure you go for the whole day!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns allen sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die Aufteilung der Zimmer passte für uns perfekt (3 Familien, 1 Paar, 1 Person). Durch die Treppenstufen blieben wir auch fit 😊Viele Ausflugsziele sind in der näheren Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt im Haus Eva. Es war perfekt geschnitten für 2 Familien mit insgesamt 4 Erwachsenen und 6 Kindern! Wir waren wirklich beeindruckt, wie gepflegt und sauber alles ist und fühlten uns zurückversetzt in die 80er Jahre. Über die frischen Blumen auf dem Tisch und den Prosecco im Kühlschrank mit einer kleinen persönlichen Karte haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder:-)

Sehr schönes, sauberes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten ein traumhaftes Mädelswochenende zu 11. im Haus Eva. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet, so dass dem gemeinsamen Kochen nichts im Wege stand. Auch die An- und Abreise verlief sehr umkompliziert, so dass wir sehr flexibel bei den Zeiten waren. Durch die freundlichen Rücksprachen mit der Vermieterin, konnte alles sehr schnell und einfach geklärt werden. Die Zimmer sind von der Aufteilung wie angeben und ermöglichen, trotz vielen Personen, ein hohes Maß an Privatsphäre. Es waren auch ausreichend Badezimmer und Toiletten vorhanden, so dass es nicht einmal bei 11 Frauen zu Engpässen kam :-) Zu betonen ist auch, dass das gesamte Haus sehr sauber war und man sich sofort wohlgefühlt hat. Das gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnzimmer und die schöne Terasse luden zum verweilen und entspannen ein. Auch am großen Tisch war genug Platz für alle zum Essen und für Spieleabende. Wir sind zum ca. 30min entfernten FTC Schneepark in Oberstdorf gefahren und hatten dort einen tollen Tag mit Snowtubing und Snowbikes bei traumhaftem Wetter und haben nachmittags die gemütliche Sauna im Haus genutzt. Wir alle waren begeistert und werden werden weitere Mädelswochenenden im Haus Eva verbringen.

Wir haben zu acht im August 2011 das Haus Eva für ein langes Wochenende bewohnt. Das ganze Haus haben wir sauber und gemütlich vorgefunden. Die Küche birgt neben der guten Grundausstattung auch Überraschungen wie Kastenform für Kuchen und Mixerstab und ist für größere Kochaktionen durchaus geeignet. Auf der großzügigen Terrasse konnten wir den super Grill (im Schuppen nebenan) nutzen. In ca. 20 Minuten ist man zu Fuß „am Zeh am See“ zum Baden im Niedersonthofener See. Beim nahegelegenen Bäcker und beim Metzger im Nachbarort wird man sehr freundlich bedient. Wir verbrachten ausgesprochen schöne Tage im Haus Eva und können es auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 8 Erwachsenen und hatten alle 5 Schlafräume belegt. Das Haus hat allen sehr gut gefallen, die Ausstattung ist fast perfekt (Abfalleimer in einigen Schlafräumen haben gefehlt), der Essplatz ist für 8 Personen üppig bemessen. Die 4 vorhandenen WC´s und die 3 Duschen haben für keinerlei Engpässe bei der Nutzung gesorgt. Allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein um die rund 40 Stufen vom Parkplatz zum Haus bewältigen zu können. Dafür wird man dann von der großen Terasse aus mit einem schönen Blick belohnt. Sehr interessant und zu empfehlen ist der Wanderweg zum Wasserfall in Niedersonthofen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Haben fünf schöne, erholsame Tage im bestens ausgestatteten und sehr sauberen Haus Eva verbracht. Das Haus entspricht exakt der Beschreibung und läßt hinsichtlich Ausstattung und Komfort keine Wünsche offen. Die Informationen durch die Vermieterin sind gut. Die Umgebung bietet viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Gerade für größere Gruppen oder Familien ein ideales Haus. Auch für Männercliquen geeignet!

Wir haben Oma und Opa ein WE im Haus EVA zu Weihnachten geschenkt. 13 Personen (9 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) haben sich im Haus EVA pudelwohl gefühlt. Jeder hatte ein ausreichend großes Zimmer und auch mal die Möglichkeit sich zurück zu ziehen. Die Ausstattung ist kaum zu überbieten. In der Küche ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Auch der Saunakeller mit der Sauna lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren in der näheren Umgebung beim Schlitten fahren, beim Baden und haben auch den nahe gelegenen Spielplatz besucht. Es war ein sehr kurzweiliger Aufenthalt. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war absolut problemlos. FAZIT: Das Haus EVA kann man nur weiterempfehlen und wir werden selbst gerne wieder kommen

Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und das Haus hat eine super Ausstattung und ist sehr gemütlich. Man braucht für die Küche eigentlich nichts mitzunehmen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Urlaub im Haus Eva.

Ein gelungener Aufenthalt

Wir haben zu elf (davon 4 Kinder unter 2 Jahren) eine ausgesprochen schöne Woche im Haus Eva verbracht. Alle Angaben zum Haus treffen voll zu. Die Vermieterin war ausgesprochen freundlich und unkompliziert. Das großzügige Haus liegt am Hang, aber ein kleiner Teil des Gartens ist eben, so dass wir hier mit den Kindern spielen konnten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist gut, die Küchenausstattung hervorragend (außer Mikrowelle gibt es wirklich alles!). Der nahe gelegene See (ca. 15 min zu Fuß) hat einen kleinen Badestrand und viel Wiese zum Spielen, ein Kiosk und ein Beachvolleyballfeld. Ein sehr schöner Kinderspielplatz befindet sich auf halbem Weg zum See. Wir können dieses Urlaubsquartier auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen.

Wir haben mit 8 Personen (2x 35+++, 20, 18, 18, 16, 15, 12) zwei wundervolle Wochen im Haus Eva in Niedersonthofen verbracht - und wären gerne länger geblieben! Das Haus bietet unendlich viel Platz, alle Räume sind komfortabel und sauber. Wer will kann sich zurückziehen, man aber auch mit allen im Wohnbereich zusammenhocken, spielen, lesen etc. Die Ausstattung mit Geschirr u.ä. ist konkurrenzlos gut. Das Wetter spielt im übrigen kaum eine Rolle fürs Wohlbefinden: Wenn's schön ist, geht man im See baden (Fußweg ca. 15 Min.), wandert oder macht Ausflüge z.B. nach Kempten oder Oberstdorf. Regnet's oder ist's zu kalt, nutzt man die Sauna oder spielt Tischtennis. Bäcker und gutsortierte "Tante Emma" sind ebenso wie das Gasthaus Krone, in dem wir lecker gegessen haben, nah bei (alles ca. 100-200m). Der Kronewirt lädt übrigens alle 2 Wochen dienstags zum "Parkplatzhock": Nicht verpassen! Das Bier schmeckt, die Niedersonthofener Musi spielt und jodelt und die Leute sind gesellig. Achtung: Das Haus liegt am Hang und man muss geschätzt 20 Stufen empor, um dorthin zu kommen. Wer sich mit dem Treppensteigen schwer tut, ist dort nicht so gut aufgehoben. Wenn's passt, kommen wir wieder.

Der Vermieter machte telefonisch einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck, der finanzielle Teil verlief problemlos. Das Haus kann ohne Vorbehalte weiter empfohlen werden. Entfernung zum nächsten Bäcker ca.100m, zum Lokal 70m, zum Badesee ca. 400m

Wir haben die Ferien genossen! Wer sich in einer größeren Gruppe in einem perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit viel Platz erholen möchte, ist im Haus Eva richtig. Es war einfach super. Noch nie habe ich ein solch perfekt ausgestattetes Ferienhaus erlebt. Selbst wenn das Wetter nicht mitmacht bietet die Sauna Abwechslung, der Wohnbereich, der großzügige Essplatz mit dem riesigen Tisch könnnen vielfältig genutzt werden. Man tritt sich dann auch mit mehreren Personen nicht ständig auf die Füße - Platz ohne Ende. Ganz zu schweigen vom gemütlichen Frühstück oder Grillabend auf der Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick. Bei schönem Wetter ist der See nicht weit, Wanderungen direkt vom Haus aus sind unproblematisch möglich. Nach Kempten und Immenstadt ist's nur ein Katzensprung. Tante-Emma-Laden und Bäcker sind nur um die Ecke, der Getränkeladen ist nebenan. Man kann in dem niedlichen Dorf problemlos (ohne Supermarkt) ganz gut klar kommen. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir waren mit 8 Personen für 4 Tage im Ferienhaus Eva. Es war ein wahnsinnig toller Urlaub. Wir sind total begeistert von dem Haus. Sehr zu Empfehlen ist ein Frühstück auf der Sonnenterrasse vor dem Haus. Alle Angaben im Online-Inserat treffen zu! Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, sehr sauber. Man fühlt sich wohl! Die Vermieterin hat sich ausgezeichnet um uns gekümmert, sehr unkompliziert! Ich würde dieses Feriendomizil Freunden empfehlen. Wir waren selber nicht zum letzten mal dort! Niedersonthofen ist ein bezaubernder Flecken Erde. Tolle und nette Menschen. Empfehlenswerte Ausflüge: Breitachklamm (ca. 30 min Autofahrt); Kempten (ca. 10 min Autofahrt); Alpseebergwelt (ca 30 min Autofahrt)
