About this apartment rental
The house is in a very quiet location. A perfect place to switch off. In the morning, wake up to the birdsong and relax in the evening. An ideal place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city for a weekend or longer. From October 2017, the FeWo is ready for occupancy for the first time. The location is not only perfect, in about 25 minutes the still little sandy beaches of the Baltic Sea reach; the cities in the north can also be visited very quickly.
The apartment is new in September 2017. It is fully furnished, with everything you need for everyday life. The apartment is about 45 m² and has a separate entrance. This is additionally protected by a wind and weather protected anteroom. The dwelling-house includes a plot of about 3.000 m², on which there is also a private seating area with barbecue facilities for our guests. There you can stay undisturbed, whether for sunbathing or cozy barbecue evening. The kitchen is fully equipped. Towels and bed linen (based on arrival) can optionally be provided for a small fee.
We are available as contact person, there are so many excursion possibilities and leisure activities in the area. Since we ourselves are very enterprising, we can give good tips here.
For our guests bicycles (for a small fee) are available for excursions.

Ruhig und wenig Autoverkehr da etwas außerhalb von Schönberg gelegen. In Schönberg gibt mehrere Discounter (ca. 5min mit dem Auto entfernt), einen Bäcker und einige Speiselokale. Im Garten stehen Tisch, Stühle und Liegen zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sauber und alles notwendige vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieter und es hat alles geklappt. Summa summarum ein geruhsamer Urlaub. Es hat uns in der kleinen und gemütlichen Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Alles hat ganz toll und unkompliziert geklappt und wir hatten ein paar schöne Tage.

Schlüsselübergabe über Schlüsseltresor klappte tadellos! Wir wurden sehr freundlich und mit vielen netten Kleinigkeiten empfangen, was uns gleich sehr positiv auffiel. Die sehr freundliche Vermieterin bot uns viele passende Tipps für den 2-wöchigen Urlaub nahe der Ostsee.
Die Wohnung ist außerhalb des Orts in einer ganz kleinen Siedlung und daher sehr ruhig und mitten in der Natur. Es empfiehlt sich Räder mitzunehmen, da es sehr schön zum Radeln ist und so auch die besten und auch in Coronazeiten nahezu leeren Ostseestrände zu erreichen. Der Ort Schönberg bietet nahezu alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. In 15Min ist man in Trvemünde oder in Lübeck und ebenso schnell an Stränden. Es war rundum perfekt und absolut weiter zu empfehlen!
