Zweckmäßig, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Man ist schnell am Strand, der Fähre, dem Naturschutzgebiet. Die Sauna heizte schnell ein.
Heizung mit Bewegungsmelder ist im Winter suboptimal. Wenn man unterwegs war, kam man in eine kalte Bude zurück. Auch nach der Nacht war es morgens recht kalt und die Heizung brauchte lange, alles wieder auf angenehme Temperaturen zu bekommen. Da waren der Kamin und die Sauna die Rettung. Das Kaminholz gab es nur bei Novasol zu sehr hohen Preisen. Auch haben wir noch nie so viel für eine Endreinigung zahlen müssen.
