In the heart of the North Fork located in a safe, peaceful community, near the best wineries, beaches, farm markets and shopping. Short walk one block to beautiful white private beach on the Great Peconic Bay! A short few minutes by car or bike to lovely town beach with lifeguard, playground, snack bar, newly surfaced tennis and basketball courts, and town boat ramp. Also near marina, and the best of North Fork.

We are so happy we rented Tracy’s beautiful house for our spring getaway. From the fragrant lilacs blooming to the bunnies hopping through the yard, it was the perfect city escape. Tracy provided everything we needed and was very helpful and communicative throughout our stay. We can’t wait to come back!

This lovely home fit all our needs. A beautiful home inside and out. A short walk to the beach and when not at the beach a private back yard with great out door furniture. A lot of love went into making this house the perfect holiday home!

Enjoyed the house very much, it was clean and owners were very accommodating and nice. They were a pleasure to work with.

What a wonderful home to stay at. This Gem is tucked away in the trees and bushes. Walking up to this little oasis you find a very peaceful place and once you go inside it's such a beautiful well decorated home. It's such a quiet neighborhood and perfect location to go where ever you need to.
