"La Casa di Petra"

was once a rustico (farmhouse) with stables for cattle, equipment rooms and an apartment on the upper floor.
The main house, built with “Mattoni” bricks and covered with “Coppi”, was carefully rebuilt in 2008 with these (old) materials.
About 20 mtr. to the southeast was another, smaller farmhouse, which after reconstruction offers the holiday apartments "L’Oleandro", “L’Olivo” and “Il Gufo”.
The apartments "L’Oleandro" and "L’Olivo" lie side by side on the ground floor with a large, shared terrace (40sqm).
"Il Gufo" is in the basement with a portico (covered terrace) with its own, screened lawn and herb garden and offers on 60 square meters:

The large garden of approx. 5000 sqm with olive, fig and fruit trees is available to guests, as is the barbecue area with an “alpine” table - bench and bench in the olive grove, popular as a breakfast spot with fantastic panoramic views of Ripatransone ( 480 m asl).
"La Casa di Petra" is characterized by its quiet, secluded location on a provincial road, 50 m away, with little traffic.
The nearest houses are more than 200 m away.

The beaches of the “Riviera delle Palme” can be reached in 15 minutes, the “Monti Sibilini” in less than an hour.
Good shopping and excellent restaurants are plentiful nearby, as well as in the coastal area.
"La Casa di Petra" is located on an eastern slope (270 m above sea level) with a panoramic view of the old town of Ripatransone, to the north
on Montefiore dell’Aso and Massignano, in between on grapevine slopes. The altitude, combined with the distance from the coast, ensures around 3 ° C in midsummer. low temperatures,
lower humidity, as well as better air and heavenly peace, since there is much less traffic.
On the coast, the Marche offers not only sandy and pebble beaches, but also cliffs (Riviera del Conero).
