About this apartment rental
The apartment is on the 1st Floor of a well-kept building on the garden side facing away from the street. It is about 45 square meters and can accommodate four people.
The spacious living-bedroom is equipped with a comfortable leather suite. The beds of the high-quality sofa bed can be pulled out individually.
The small separate kitchen is equipped with every comfort: refrigerator (*** freezer), dishwasher, microwave with baking and grill function and stove with ceramic hob. A dining area (with high chair) is right next door in the living room.
The large balcony, ideal for drinking tea and relaxing, faces south-west.
The bathroom with shower, which was completely renovated in spring 2012, opens from the hallway, as does the bedroom with two single beds that can be put together. A children's travel bed is available.
There are built-in cupboards in the hallway, which provide sufficient storage space.

Die Lage zwischen Bahnhof und Strand mit dem enormen Angebot an Restuarants, Cafés und Läden war für uns ideal. Wohnung und Balkon bieten auch bei mäßigem Wetter ein ansprechendes Zuhause. Das Wohnzimmer ist sehr großzügig geschnitten. Da wir getrennte Schlafzimmer bevorzugen, hat meine Freundin auf dem zu einem Doppelbett ausklappbaren Sofa (hervorragend) geschlafen, der Mechanismus funktioniert wunderbar leicht und ist super stabil. Sehr gut: die großräumigen Einbauschränke in der Diele. Die Möglichkeit vom Balkon aus um die Ecke den Sonnenuntergang zu sehen, hat dazu geführt, das wir diesen tollen Anblick vom Strand aus nicht verpasst haben.

Wir (zwei Erwachsene, ein Teenager) hatten eine tolle Zeit auf Wangerooge, tolle Wohnung, super gelegen, Bäcker direkt vor der Tür. Sehr gute Betten / Matratzen, sehr hochwertiges und bequemes Schlafsofa im Wohnraum! Sonstige Ausstattung auch gut, alles da was man braucht. Für Abende und schlechtes Wetter großer TV, topp Wlan.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Der Gesamteindruck war befriedigend, wobei die WLAN Verbindung (offen vodafon) mangelhaft war. Es wurden wechselseitig Server in der Ukraine oder Spanien angezeigt.
Die Leistung war so schwach, dass kein ordentlicher Kontakt möglich war. Ein Wohnungsnachbar hat seine Tätigkeiten in das Treppenhaus verlegt. Wir haben wegen der Unsicherheit ( Internet - Banking) auf diesen ungenügenden Service verzichtet. Hier wurde der Gesamteindruck erheblich getrübt. In diesem Objekt muß dringend an der Verbesserung des Internetzuganges gearbeitet werden.
