You are self-catering, with a well-equipped modern kitchen in the house and an additional summer kitchen in the garden. After a sun-drenched day at the beach, you can enjoy the evening hours outdoors in the garden under the pines. In the garden in front of the pool, there is a 50 sqm natural stone terrace with a stone seating area, Valencian colorfully tiled, and equipped with several sun loungers. The pool is a paradise for children. Good mattresses guarantee restful sleep, all bathrooms are beautifully tiled, and the showers are extra large. Thick walls and thermal insulation glazing keep warmth in the winter and coolness in the summer. There is a small air conditioning unit in the large bedroom, and due to the open layout, the living area is also cooled.
In El Campello, you will find a small beautiful town with all shopping facilities, large supermarkets, many excellent restaurants, cafes, bars, shops, and a beautiful beach promenade also with shops and gastronomy. The apartment is 17 km from Alicante and 3 km from Campello, the coastal strip is called Coveta Fuma. Large gardens with many palm trees, hibiscus, and bougainvillea and beautiful villas characterize this coastal section. An air-conditioned train runs every 30 minutes towards Benidorm, Calpe as well as in the other direction to Campello, Playa San Juan, Alicante. Campello and San Juan alone have about 15 km of the most beautiful sandy beaches, with recreational activities for children and teenagers. A mountain ridge ensures that possible clouds remain in the hinterland, the coast here has its special climate (according to WHO the healthiest climate in the world), which is why many Central and Northern Europeans winter here. In the center of Coveta Fuma, there are several nice bars and restaurants. Trips to Benidorm or Alicante by train with a ticket price of about 2 € offer interesting impressions. A trip to the hinterland is worthwhile, as the hinterland is beautiful, orange plantations, almond blossom in January, delicious typical Spanish cuisine, good wines. The price/performance ratio: Most items can be found here at the same price as in Germany, of course, beverages, fresh fish (daily fresh fish auction), fruits, and vegetables, as well as personal care products and medicines, are significantly cheaper than in Germany.

In Campello, there is an interesting colorful market and vegetable market every Wednesday morning and Sunday morning. Here you can shop excellently and very cheaply. It is best to rent cars via the internet from Gold-Car etc. before the trip. The vehicle is then ready at the airport and is returned there before departure.

Feel-good oasis: The property is intended as a feel-good oasis for the most important weeks of the year, namely the vacation weeks. It offers peace and relaxation, but also variety in many ways, it is a real change of scenery, you can leave everyday life in Germany behind and recharge your batteries. You don’t have to worry about wonderful summer weather, it’s always here, but autumn and spring are also particularly beautiful seasons. The almond blossom already begins here in mid-January, in February the hinterland is in full bloom. Winters are somewhat cooler than before, but since the sun shines a lot in winter too, daytime temperatures around 25 degrees are not unusual, in the evenings it is a bit cool.
