House Roland in Usedom, Germany
Somewhat off the beaten path, but close enough to both the wide sandy beach and the center of Zinnowitz with its famous pier, its cafés, restaurants and shops located in a peaceful, sunny location, the residential complex "House Roland" with garden, all annual. Swimming pool, sauna, bicycle storage room and free parking. In near the forest located, our house is the ideal location for walking, biking and beach holiday. Because both the center of Zinnowitz, the Baltic Sea beach and the backwaters are conveniently located about 10 minutes walking distance, the pier can be reached in under 20 minutes.

The newly renovated apartment can be rented out to up four people. It is fully furnished and fully equipped. The floor is tiled bright, durable and easy to clean. Kitchenette and furniture are kept warm friendly beech.

Kitchenette: fridge-freezer, stove with 4 hotplates, extractor hood, oven and dishwasher, fully equipped with coffee maker, microwave, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glasses, pots and other kitchen utensils
Bedroom: 2 box beds (90 x 200 cm), 1 bedside table with drawers,
1 wardrobe with sliding doors (150 x 197 cm)

Sauna, relaxation room and small indoor swimming pool on the ground floor can be used for free. Bicycle storage, table tennis room and laundromat are located in the ground floor of the neighboring house.

Schöne, gemütliche Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Wohnlage.
Entfernung zur Ortsmitte und Strand leicht zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer FeWo-Anlage nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt und verfügt über einen Parkplatz. Der ist in der Lage Gold wert! Der Vermieter gibt wertvolle Tips, v.a. der Weg durch den Wald zum Strand ist toll. Wir waren für ein langes Wochenende Anfang März da und hatten daher kaum "Nachbarn".
Die Wohnung ist für zwei Personen ausgelegt, alles darüber ist sehr beengt. Die Ausstattung ist gut, einzig das Sofa ist durchgesessen und ein Bettgestell quietscht arg - die Matratze ist gut! Die Ausstattung ist zweckmäßig, wir haben uns sehr über die Spielesammlung gefreut, die sich in der Wohnung befindet.
