Our detached house with garden for 5 people is located in the small, quiet, surrounded by flower fields holiday park Gudea, about 2.5 km from the dunes, here the nature reserve and paths for running and cycling through. are. Behind lies the wide, kilometer-long sandy beach. Around the house are flower fields, behind the plant flows the Noordhollandkanal.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, ein schöner Garten mit Sonnenschirm zum Entspannen, die Räder im Schuppen konnten wir sehr gut nutzten und sind jeden Tag damit ca. 15 min an den Strand gefahren oder ca.10min zum einkaufen in den kleinen Laden. Alles ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Küche besonders und die Mückennetzte an den Fenstern sind Top.
Wir hatten im Vorfeld mit der Vermieterin einen netten telefonischen, informativen Austausch. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, vielen Dank.

Ruhige Lage als Ausgangspunkt für Tagestouren und Strandleben. Sehr gute Ausstattung, sehr sauber, sehr nette und verständnisvoll Vermieter. Schöne abgeschlossene Terrasse, gut geeignet für Familien mit Kindern. Fahrräder sind im sehr gutem Zustand und somit sofort zu gebrauchen. Immer wieder.

Die Unterkunft war so, wie sie beschrieben wurde. Besonders haben wir die Ruhe dort genossen. Zum Strand sind es nur 14 Minuten mit dem Rad, sehr gut, dass dort Räder vor Ort waren.

Direct na de boeking zocht de eigenaar al contact voor het verstrekken van allerlei contracten, regels en aandachtspunten. Ook in de woning zelf werden we overspoeld met richtlijnen, gebruiksaanwijzingen en aandachtspunten voor het gebruik van de woning. Tot aanwijzingen hoe we de gordijnen moesten hangen toe. Daarbij was het ook niet handig dat de verhuurder Duits was. Deze overvloed aan informatie was daarom in het Duits en Engels. Niet in het Nederlands. In Nederland verwacht je toch informatie in het Nederlands en op zijn minst dat je Nederlandse tv kunt kijken. Verder was het een prima woning in een fijne omgeving.
