The kitchen comes with basic kitchenware, so you can prepare simple meals whenever you like. Step out onto the spacious 33 m² terrace and enjoy a sea view that adds a special touch to your stay.

This house is pet-friendly, and you can bring your pets at no extra cost. The location lets you experience the charm of Lavdara and the natural beauty of Dugi otok. House 396 on Lavdara offers a true robinson tourism experience, perfect if you want your own space by the sea. The house is only reachable by boat, giving you a unique sense of adventure and privacy. With a total capacity for 5 guests, you’ll have the entire place to yourself-no strangers, just you and your group. The outdoor area is 50 m2 and includes a sitting area where you can relax after a swim. Pets are welcome at no extra cost, so you don’t have to leave anyone behind.

You’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay: bedding, toiletries, bathroom towels, an infant bed, free private parking, a beach umbrella, and a deck chair. If you want to explore the water, boat hire and mooring are available. The host can communicate with you in German, English, and Croatian, making it easy to get local tips or help if you need it.
