Superb villa redone to new at 100 meters of the beach. This one is close to any trade.
My accommodation is perfect for couples, solo travelers, business travelers and families.
It is located 100 meters from a sandy beach. It is a canetoise house between 2 villas.
It is part of a residence of 20 houses.
The villa is 60 m2.
Possibility of cycling many cycling paths golf in saint cyprien, water park aqualand and oyster park in Port Leucate
Located in the south of Canet quiet area. Bus stop for tgv station of Perpignan at 20 meters.
The accommodation is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board coffee maker large fridge coffee maker tassimo.
The accommodation is equipped for 4 people, 6 maximum.
Wifi available free,
The accommodation is equipped with 2 bedrooms upstairs.
1st bedroom reads 140 * 190 memory mattress.
2nd bedroom bunk bed (please do not put children under 6 years above)
Sofa bed 160 * 200 in the living room. This one must remain an extra bed as there are no curtains just a large roller shutter on the other side of the room.
Linen and towels not provided. Impossible to rent.
The accommodation has been completely renovated with taste.
Patio at the back and enclosed garden without opposite. The patio is equipped with a resin garden furniture set with a table with 6 chairs.
Garden in front of individual.
Very quiet area even in summer.
All shops bakery laundry dispenser pharmacy small supermarket 300 meters.
No private parking.
Security deposit 700 euros
Possibility of coming by bus from Perpignan or by taxi.

Adorable petite maison, avec tout le confort, décorée avec amour, très bien équipée, dans quartier calme à 100 m de la plage.

Ns avons passé un super sejour dans une villa tres bien aménagée avec beaucoup de gout. Tres bien placé tout peut se faire a pieds. Je recommande les jeux fermes cettz location. La dame qui nous a accueilli Laurence est une extrême gentillesse.
