Recent duplex apartment (2007) in the Clarabide residence, located 400 meters from the heart of the village of Loudenvielle.
Apartment on the ground floor: living room with stove (electric heating throughout the apartment as well) and sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, WC, private terrace.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (bunk bed 90), 1 bedroom (160 bed), bathroom, WC.
Private parking No 31 and pantry.
In the village you will find all the amenities, mountain crossroads, bookstore, bakery, bar-tabac, pharmacy, gift shops and sports, restaurants, cinema ...
For your entertainment, you have 15 minutes Peyragudes and Val Louron ski resorts.

Aucun souci rencontré, gîte conforme et propre. Accueil sympathique. Toutes commodités à proximité à pied.

Petit appartement propre et bien équipé, à l'arrivée accueil très sympathique.
Point négatif : l'emplacement, à côté d'une route (non passante en juin), mais surtout à 10 mètre d'une rivière avec cascade qui fait un bruit continu de rapide, impossible de dormir la fenêtre ouverte en cas de grosse chaleur. Les chambres sont très petites. Pour la chambre avec le lit xxl, impossible de faire le tour du lit debout ou d'ouvrir la fenêtre sans s'assoir sur le lit. Nous nous sommes régulièrement cogné les orteils et la tête, les personne de + de 1m70 ce n'est pas pour vous...
La cuisine est trés bien équipée, presque trop, car il n'y a qu'un petit plaquard pour ranger les provisions. La terrasse vu sur la route et sur le parking au rez de chaussé, avec odeur du goudron de la route juste refaite ne nous a pas donné envie de manger à l'extérieur... Loudenvieille est un jolie village, la boulangerie n'est pas très bonne mais il y a un carrefour montagne ouvert 7j/7j. La pizzeria l'olivette à Genos très très bien, à faire, également la fromagerie à Mont, très bon acceuil. Hors saison les restaurants sont fermés, le moulin de saoussas fermé, ludéo fermé...
