"La Terrasse de Clarabide" is a T2 cabin of 36m² + 7m² of garden level terrace - 4/6 people. Quality services; completely refurbished in spring 2019; with a private parking space and a private cellar.
The Residence Clarabide, of recent construction, is located in the village of Loudenvielle, 250m from the church and the town hall, 400m from Carrefour Montagne and all shops, near Balnea, Lake of Genos.

Master bedroom with 140 cm bed, 32 ’flat screen TV Full HD WIFI LED with unlimited access to NETFLIX including storage unit. Connected heating.
Sleeping area "chalet atmosphere" with 2 pull-out beds in 90. Many clever storage. Connected heating.

The beds are all fitted with new duvets and pillows.
Storage cupboard with wardrobe.

Cosy and well-furnitured accomodation, with friendly and absolutely helpful owners. The location suits for a lot of excursions/sport activities in this splendid nature and Loudenville with its beautiful lake offers the possibility for relaxing leisure activities as well.
