We vacationed at The Elements in this unit for a week in April this year. We were two couples ages 29-31. The condo was beautiful, the pool is amazing, and the services at The Elements were great- Damien the concierge was very helpful in suggesting activities and restaurants. We loved that he suggested places that had local authentic mexican food and were not tourist traps. We were actually the only english speakers many of the places we went. I would definitely recommend that someone in your group speaks decent spanish as this was very helpful for us. Overall a fantastic vacation!

Overall a good place to stay, but there were a few things that really frustrated us.
1) We did not get the correct wifi password until our second day there, half-way through our stay.
2) The bedrooms had TVs, but they were useless...not smart, no rokus connected or anything.
3) The bathrooms had hand soap dispensers, but no hand soap. We were told that was not provided...all we got was a very small bar to share between the two bathrooms.
4)We were told we had to wear bracelets during our entire stay...very annoying as this is a vrbo apartment, not an all inclusive.
