About this apartment rental
This beautiful luxury 3rd/4th floor penthouse apartment has a rooftop terrace with its own private pool, sun deck and seating area with a marvelous view of the Caribbean. This luxury condo-hotel has, in addition to the private pool, a family swimming pool on the ground floor with a bar and an infinity pool for adults on the rooftop with a bar and snack bar. It has maid service three times a week. An elevator is provided for your convenience. We have parking for our guests. We are only steps away from one of the nicest beaches in the area and the world famous fifth street.

The home was mostly clean, much of the closet space was used for towels and bedding wrapped up. The property manager didn’t contact me ahead of time to let me know how to check in, like I’m used to, but when I contacted them they were quick to respond. We struggled a lot with the thermostat, but once I contacted the owner he was able to adjust the temperature for us. We enjoyed our stay here, the only down side was that there is a lot of seaweed on the beach and in the water. We walked down the beach a little and found a nice spot that had less seaweed.

Amazing place! Amazing location.We had a blast. Bruno the property manager was easy to communicate with. The main entry to the unit is in the children’s bedroom which is very stressful with young children. I probably would not pick this unit again because of this. Overall the place is great and if the front door doesn’t concern you I would 100% recommend it.

Had an amazing stay at the penthouse condo! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. The best part was definitely the balcony view—nothing beats waking up to the sound of the ocean. Communication was seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend!"
