About this apartment rental
This beautiful luxury 3rd/4th floor penthouse apartment has a rooftop terrace with its own private pool, sun deck and seating area with a marvelous view of the Caribbean. This luxury condo-hotel has, in addition to the private pool, a family swimming pool on the ground floor with a bar and an infinity pool for adults on the rooftop with a bar and snack bar. It has maid service three times a week. An elevator is provided for your convenience. We have parking for our guests. We are only steps away from one of the nicest beaches in the area and the world famous fifth street.

The area was perfect, just off 5th Ave but quiet. Beautiful treed area, close to beaches and packed full of wonderful restaurants. Condo was exactly what was advertised, clean, safe, adult only pool and private pool all were exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with staff was 100% professional, friendly and ever so helpful. We hope to be able to stay again, there was so much more we wanted to see and do.

The location and condo is excellent. Colleen and Bruno are very responsive to any issues or concerns. My only issue was that the address on the app did not match the exact address of the condo. This was an issue, that should be rectified on the app, but Bruno was able to send the exact location once we arrived in Playa Del Carnen, so it all worked out fine.
